Patrick Doughtery

Patrick was born in Oklahoma, but grew up and went to school in North Carolina.  The influence of a love of nature can not be denied in his art. Patrick's use of natural elements as sculpture remind me of Scottish Artist, Andrew Goldsworthy.  His work is amazing in scope and size. There is an almost whimsical fairy tale like quality to his art that adds a playful element.
