New Orleans Food, Helping the Culture Survive

John Besh, chef and restauranture, talks about how Hurricane Katrina effected the food culture of New Orleans.  The largest natural disaster to ever effect a major American city.  He talks about stewardship and being a leader to restore the food traditions of a great city.
