Support the Arts This Holiday Season!
It is easy to go to stores and buy mass produced articles and things that are not made by hand with care or creativity, but it is not as satisfying as buying art. During this holiday season support the arts: give a gift of original art, an art museum membership, a ticket to a play or symphony, an art workshop to learn a new skill, an instrument, or music lessons. The Arts need our support in this difficult economy and artists who are self supporting need our help as well. Support locally and nationally...but do support, by making a commitment to the arts.
